Featured accommodations at this camp are cozy log cabins nestled in the shelter of pine trees with a view of the lake.

From your cabin watch the fish jumping and moose swimming and feeding in Blue Lake.

Our cozy log cabins accommodate two guests each with room to spare. We also offer a larger cabin which will accommodate a family of five. The cabins are solar lit. There is a centralized cook house (which comes complete with one good cook!). The shower and wash cabins are separate as are the toilet facilities. They are similar to those found in RV camps, with two sides, one for men and one for women.

Blue Lake is a fabulous area for canoeing, boating, fishing and photographing wildlife and wildflowers. The lake has abundant Arctic Grayling, Dolly Varden and Rainbow trout. Visitors can also fish along the wild, scenic Kluechesie Creek, observe eagles fishing the creek and enjoy a wide variety of Canadian waterfowl. Moose are especially plentiful in and around Blue Lake. While canoeing or fishing, it is possible to see as many as twenty or more moose at one time, swimming, feeding or tending their young. In the evenings, watch large numbers of elk and deer as they visit the salt lick near the cabins. Spend time hand-feeding the fat, friendly red squirrels. (They love peanut butter and crackers!) Watching fledgling swallows as they practice their first clumsy flights is always a delight. Photo opportunities are limitless.
