Offered to those who yearn for an exciting mountain river adventure. A gorgeous valley, lots of wildlife and fun for the whole family. Try this trip. You won't be disappointed!

Your tour begins with a 30 minute flight-seeing trip over some of the highest mountains in our area to Fern Lake on the headwaters of the Muskwa River. From here you fly down the Muskwa Valley for an bird's eye view of the river and sites you will encounter on your boat tour. Your river adventure begins at Poplar Camp. After a brief look around and orientation you will depart by jetboat for a 15 mile trip upriver. There will be frequent stops to photograph the awesome scenery and wildlife of the Muskwa River Valley. Upon arrival at our staging area, you will be given a barbeque lunch and then have the option of continuing your tour by jetboat or taking a leisurely trip back down the river by raft. The river tour ends with refreshments and a short visit at our neighbour's base camp, Muskwa Prophet River Safaris. You will then be flown back to your own base camp at High & Wild Wilderness Safaris.
